WRC Water Boards Financial Review (BMW2) PDG has been contracted by the Water Research Commission to assess the impact that expanding their areas of activity will have on the capital requirements of Water Boards, as well as the ability of the Water Boards to raise the necessary capital. The project includes an assessment of the financial viability of three ‘pilot’ Water Boards, and the development of indicators that can be used to assess impacts on other Water Boards.
